Ryan is the founder of this company that undertakes and provides moderate complexity product development services from any stage of development, to CAD modeling or refinement and prototyping. Ryan's prototyping experience is growing long. Our company has it's own products on to the market after many years of research and experience and there are more unique product launches in September and another in January 2025. These products are complete in the development phase and await staff and time availability to develop marketing and production in the fields of boat stabilisation and also personal safety equipment, tracked PPE technology. These have been in many years of prototyping phase and are both  an evolution in documented science. With excellent mechanisation and machinery, New Zealand manufacture is very feasible, especially smaller packaged products and components for global markets. One tidy business.​

Street Smart Property Wash

Ryan's company washed down the historical immigrant building in the city and also a convention center. A large division of city works is the washing and maintaining of the many buildings and libraries, windows, roofs paving, spouting, painting. Ryan's company has done all that, finding that most other people working in the industry are using the sub-prime equipment, also sub-ideal pressures, fittings, chemicals and surfactants. This relates to around 25% of time saved by using the right gear. I believe I provided the lowest price to wash a home in the region and still made a good dollar at the same time.

 

The marketing of the business was precise from day one, doing only fly-drops in local areas meant that it was only 3 or 5 minutes drive to work each day, the second job also tended to be in the same vicinity or in a loop that was sometimes only an extra 2 minutes drive. It wnd quote all over Auckland wide.

Ryan points out that the good faith of letterbox drops have been miss-used in it's proximal radius of value and this can be restored.

If local tradies and home-business owners were encouraged to display a plaque on their own front gate, would result in less driving to work, likely saving Auckland City 300 million litres of fuel per year. For people wanting to start a business, I will ask the prime Minister to allow kiwisaver withdrawal for buying a business or starting a business. I had no substantial need to own a home in my youth and preferred to be moving around. When starting a business, think of the location in proximity from home, proximity metrics of other similar shops and service providers, proximity to supplies, shipping containers train to port metrics (there is a train line), can I live in a loft above my business to turbo-boost ease and productivity, can I live down the road from work. Do I need the CBD and max density. Without taking drugs, small business work exercises the brain and is very enjoyable, we continue to develop our brain into our 60's both in the right brain of social sciences and in the left brain in practical, mechanical and scientific sciences.  During the younger years, having a low score in the social sciences is almost a left sided give to assemble a business efficiently, work faster and to be top of our field at what ever we do.

In Ryan's youth, he delivered newspapers for The New Zealand Herald newspaper from age 11 years old to about 18 years of age.
