Rights For The Younger Generation
The society we live in has got great acknowledgement for young, middle and old.
We take into consideration the younger generation and also the older generation when designing transportation systems that everyone can use. If a transportation system is designed to be sub-lethal in an event of an accident, children can be able to safely use private transport well below the age of 15. If the value of damages to a vehicle are limited in value to the cost to repair an e-bike, then children could afford the liability outcomes also.
MIDDLE
People of age entering the work force should have the right to feel that they are working in a meaningful job, that contributes to the city and to a bigger picture of success. A value of contribution and participation is civic of our society.
I have have had many jobs and owned and operated many small businesses over the years. Water-blasting was my favourite, don't let me near a water-blaster, I will do the whole job without letting anyone else get a turn.
My greatest wisdom to offer the younger generation is; "It is not of any consequence what we do, so long as we are top of our field at what it is we do do." "If our work performance is hindered by life matters such as raising a family, then this is not to matter, we have done what we can.
Rights for the younger generation should also include etheric matters. People should not read of government misspending and error of public money, instead it should be of good news and improvements to the city and world we live.
More fun for the next generation. There are many park gyms for babies, but for young adults, some are not ready to transition into adult sports clubs, we need to provide fun times for the youth, above drinking themes that lead to tragedy and life long choices that are irreversible and not fully understood at the time.
The media value of the city needs to be spotless. Youth are sometimes informed of a bylaw or of a city rule, by the handing of a fine or ticket in the process. The city needs to have an organised media outlet scoring in the 9's, in our standards as with the science of media outlet and city civics. People with a low score in the social sciences believe people need to be punished to learn and observe the rules. Let's try education over discipline and learn that people are mainly all interested to follow the rules.
OLD
The older generation need to be heard, I will make it part of my weekly work schedule for all matters of elderly to be collated and to be heard.
Infrastructure
When infrastructure is done well, it saves the city money, time and adds convenience. A second bridge crossing for instance is an easy one. At a higher level of transportation-analytics is to build new parking buildings at the entry points to the city. This metric saves the congestion of vehicles driving throughout the CBD un-necessarily to find parks and to drive around lost. Has anyone else ever noticed this efficiency of logic? When driving to the city to visit a specific destination, it is a better average-outcome to stop and take a carpark before reaching the destination, than to drive further in distance beyond the destination and to park and then to walk back, backtracking. Best to stop slightly earlier and to walk on, saving distance and time on average.
There will be lots of infrastructure work in the pipeline for Auckland region, however we need to give the new mayoral office a few weeks or months to assemble itself and to analyse the city metric precisely and to correlate the projects with what the city will look like in 20 years, also precise energy and space allocation, the placement of nuclear fusion into the city in 2040 for instance, otherwise demolition work will need to happen and wires needing to be re-loomed. The planing phase with new infrastructure projects is necessary to be done right, "what structures we build, we must maintain". "What we build, we must use and make use." Whatever we build must be complete in all of the sub elements and connecting elements for full use. Such as parking and e-modem spaces integrated into the matrix of a train station structure, scoring 9's in proximal and also time efficiency of park-to-platform, energetics and free ease of use.
Excellent carpentry jobs for students will become available, oak trees in the parks were planted originally by councilors with a genius in city works and park management. Fine timbers will become used and a free resource of timber supply to create our own decking furniture and finished wood products. 2000 whales a year are hit and killed by a container ship, we must stop importing timber into a country that has millions of tonnes too much of it. Supplying our own stuff ensures the best bluepints of design are used, are not needing to be designed in a way that conforms to a shipping container or flat pack. Providing constant employment makes the city more robust and ensures that trees are left to survive in other countries of limited supply. Repurposing of pine timber is a billion dollar untapped industry. Our neighbouring region the Coromandel could make a million tonnes of wooden door knobs and chopsticks, and yet still have an insurmountable mass of rotting timber unused. A competition will be held in a couple of months for botanists and bio engineers. Ryan would like to invent and develop a 5 year bi-crop of flax and textiles to be planted in the spaces between new pine plantings. Can we double our forestry crop? Can anyone outclass Ryan's concept with a crop variety that is better than native flax fibre to revenue-increase the forestry industry?
As seen with the success of Elon Musk in his work pursuits, electrical-engineering is the current mecca of all careers. We will ensure that we will retain our own people and compete in the top tier of global emerging markets to win all.
