Culture

Ryan is fortunate to benefit of much cultural understanding as the nation grows out of the old past and into the new. Who can spot the next emerging and fantastic new era that is directly ahead of us culturally? It is a revolutionary re-arrangement of Ministers of parliament!

This will solve our social issues. Why don't we get the No.1 greatest social genius to be the Minister of social development?

Also the No. 1 Maori social genius to be the Maori King or queen?

That way we are not learning our social ques off the lowest score celebrities in the country.

Also I say, how about 'co-existence'??!! I am a bit new age with my cultural understanding.

My understanding of culture and expertise in the social sciences in New Zealand is that it is not really taught very well, most people self learn it if they can or are born with a good social genius. Also celebrities (people on the radio etc) are meant to be those with social genius. However, some are the dumbest that we have got to offer. Who would try to install 'crate day' into kiwi culture. Kids just end up falling asleep at the wheel on the way home and their vehicles end up leaving the road.

Surprisingly, I think most issues culturally in New Zealand have to do with poor leadership of Ministers. Let's do a nationwide search, find the very best farmer in the country and get this person to be the Minister Of Agriculture, let's get the best builder in the country, with 10+ years on the tools, super high functioning, ran a huge team of builders for another decade, worked in product development of claddings, coatings and insulation for some years and have the single most astute builder in the country and have that one person to be the minister of building. Let's get not just get the minister of building right but all ministers. Then, I say: let's see how things go culturally after that.

Story of political guru - By Ryan Pausina as spoken at the Franklin Auckland election debate 2025.

If a builder with a team of three workers were to go to the supply yard and buy a trailer load of timber, and they decided to buy three meter long lengths. But upon return to the building site, they discover that they needed to cut the timber into 2 meter lengths, they have made an error, 1/3rd of the timber is discarded as they wasted all the one meter offcuts, needing to buy 6meter lengths without any waste 2X3 fits into six. So the error is a multiplication of 3 as there are three builders. Now if the Minister Of Building were to make one error, such as direct fix, unventilated cavity or kiln dried timber, then the error is a multiplication of 2.5 to the power of 5. As there are 250.000 to 300.000 builders in the country. The results are 20B to 250B worth of damages from this event. So if the minister of building has never built a house before is a multiplication of error to a magnitude of havoc that can be larger than the years profit of the entire country. Imagine that, the surplus of the whole country working as one, farming the country to the max, being wasted in one go. I believe that with the country being arranged in an organised way, will solve poverty, also social genius's can work in the field of civics and celebrity. Celebrity is a real thing and a career, and not for the roles of business leaders to be on the TV.

Statement: "To do with Auckland council, we welcome Maori to work in excellent jobs with a great working environment. I will meet all council employees eventually, be around the office and more often be out there in the parks and public spaces in the practical roles within council, where my own enthusiasm truly lies." I would love most working out there as Mayor, out there in the parks to make sure that everything is to the maximum of efficiency. Most of all each person, regardless of culture has their individual skills and each person needs to be put in the right role that suits for them, even roles in the mayoral office for Maori.

Post from 2022: The mayoral office is specific to advanced sciences, technology integration, adoption of, and the like. With all construction and project check lists, we will happily add Maori considerations and meaningful contemplation.

There are two sides to do with Maori, yes if their culture dies in New Zealand, it won't exist anywhere else in the world. On the other side of the coin, cultural recovery is getting on track and at some point Maori need to stop complaining, otherwise these people are just seen as complaining all the time about everything and anything.

i bring balance to culture in New Zealand and a lot of answers. I would like the concept of being known as a person with a lot of answers.

We need a protectionist government, we need to ban online gambling, every single pitfall in society results in damages to our culture.
