Fuel Discounts
Ryan asks: Discount cards, do they save money or do Aucklander's pay more in general? Do we have to drive further, keep, collect and swipe cards, waste time, keep receipts and vouchers just so that we can pay the same amount for fuel as everyone else does? Is this system a virus of the city, causing a false reality, confusion, hassle and undue stress for virtually everyone who drives? If we didn't have discounts at all, would the price of fuel go up or down?
There is awareness of the hindrance level however, nothing will be done about it in the first term due to the situation not making it to the priority list of energetic losses to the city. It is pointed out however that drivers may be driving further to buy fuel from select petrol stations that provide an exclusive rewards system. Wasting fuel in any form is not environmental and we need to be precise in the sectors of energy. Right brained concepts of last century have a limited life span into the future, regardless. Homo-genius fuel cards need to be looked into by someone at the universities to ascertain the lowest common denomination in fuel wastage and convenience or to otherwise simply take a look at what other progressive countries are doing.
Ryan stands for the empowerment of gas stations, revolutionised services can provide everything that a vehicle wants and needs.
