Ryan is happy to ensure the port is run with everything it needs and is operating in a good and happy way.

Further: Ryan is capable to quantify the energetic fundamentals and to ensure that the port is put first, if there are any changes going on in the city.

The city is designed around the port, and not the other way around.

Ryan i interested to see if there is any way possible if the traffic lights to the port can be removed as a courtesy to port workers, with the use of technology and as an assurance, as to the smoothest possible transition between land and sea.
