Ryan
Stop the Importation of Junk Items
A vote for Ryan will allow him to work with various agencies and potentially Chamber Of Commerce to create a system of identifying junk items, appliances and tools and banning them from importation. We can also provide guidance to retailers for items that last. Our landfills are topped up with the same junk items that are perpetually imported. "I am talking about knives, forks and spoons that bend when we use them, can openers and cheese slicers that last a month from new and imported BBQ’s that couldn’t cook a steak due to gas fittings designed by novices of decadence, instead of gas fitters and engineers. Also household receptacle bins, that have design floors and break. We can make or own stuff that lasts a lifetime, differentiate from central government, and get smarter as a city." Voting Ryan for mayor will see making of our own fish slice that doesn't melt or break into two parts or both. Also an ever-last BBQ with replaceable parts and can opener that has a bearing, as the planet can not sustain junk items which we seem to perpetually import. This constant importation of junk items is costing our city and is a real hassle. Visit www.ryanformayor.co.nz and vote Ryan for mayor.
